A. 6 FULLY TRAINED TECHNICIANS AND 22 FULLY TRAINED CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICIANS THAT COVER ALL OF OUR OPERATED SITES AND A SENIOR MANAGER TO PROVIDE BACK UP.


Q. WHAT IS THE AVERAGE RESPONSE TIME?

A. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOUR CALL IS PLACED AND YOUR LOCATION MINIMUM RESPONSE TIME IS USUALLY 4 HOURS. CALLS PLACED AFTER 2.PM BECOME NEXT DAY PRIORITY.


Q. DO I NEED A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?

A. YES IN MOST CASES IT IS ADVISABLE AS THIS GIVES YOU PRIORITY OVER NON MAINTAINED CUSTOMERS AND PEACE OF MIND.


Q. CAN YOU PROVIDE TRAINING ON HYGIENE STANDARDS?

A. YES WE CAN. WE DO THIS ON INSTALLATION DAYS AND ITS FREE OF CHARGE…… AND IT’S ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE TRAINED. WE DO OFFER ONE OFF REFRESHER TRAINING DAYS FOR A SMALL FEE…….(WE HAVE TO CHARGE FOR THIS OR THE BOSS GETS GRUMPY!)


Q. WHAT IF I NEED A SPARE PART TO FIX A PROBLEM?

A. OUR TECHNICIANS CARRY A WIDE RANGE OF SPARES, BUT IN SOME CASES DEPENDING ON AGE AND TYPE OF MACHINE WE WOULD NEED TO ORDER THEM SPECIALLY. THIS NORMALLY TAKES 3 / 4 DAYS DEPENDING ON TYPE OF PART AND THE AGE OF YOUR MACHINE. IF YOU HAVE A NEW MACHINE THEN MOST OF THE PARTS ARE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.
